Tickets
There are 2 types of tickets available for purchase, i.e. Online ticket (through Megatix) or an ordinary ticket (available at Gate 1 ONLY, i.e. at the turnstiles next to the library on the day itself). You can click on the ticket price graphic on the left or the text box above to access the Megatix website.
The cost of an Online ticket is:
- $16.00 - Adult (general admission);
- $12.00 - Concession (holders of a Pension/Seniors/Concession Card);
- $40.00 - Family (up to 2 adults and up to 3 children); and
- $8.00 - Child (5 to 15 years of age - under 5 free).
All ticket prices include GST and, once scanned, cannot be used again.
All tickets purchased through MEGATIX will incur a booking fee in addition to the cost of the ticket. You will need a credit card, or a debit card linked to either Mastercard or Visa, in order to finalise the purchase.
The cost of an ordinary ticket is:
- $20.00 - Adult (general admission);
- $15.00 - Concession (holders of a Pension/Seniors/Concession Card);
- $45.00 - Family (up to 2 adults and up to 3 children); and
- $10.00 - Child (5 to 15 years of age - under 5 free).
These tickets can be purchased on the day itself at the Gate 1.
The show runs over 2 sessions. Session 1 commences when the gates open at 5:00pm on Friday 29 November and Session 2 commences when the gates open at 4:00pm on Saturday 30 November. The tickets prices are per the above graphic.
By purchasing a ticket, whether online or at the gate, you expressly confirm that you will comply with the Conditions of Entry listed below.
Conditions of Entry
- You may be required to wear a wrist band upon entering the show. Failure to wear the wrist band may result on you being asked to leave the show, without a refund of the ticket price, or verify proof of payment.
- Pets are NOT permitted, except for accredited Companion/Assistance dogs.
- Companions of patrons who hold a valid Companion Card (which must be shown at the gate) enter for free.
- A limited EFTPOS facility will be available.
- Bags maybe checked prior to entering. If you do not consent to having your bag checked, you will not be admitted.
- Flex-tix ticket holders may use their ticket on EITHER day.
- With the exception of Flexi-tix, all other tickets are NOT interchangeable & must be used for the day selected.
- Concession Card & ID are required for Concession ticket holders. A Student Card is acceptable.
- ID may be required for Child ticket holders.
- Tickets cannot be substituted/exchanged for other ticket types.
- Usually, refunds are not given unless the event is cancelled. A refund may be approved, due to extenuating circumstances, prior to the date of the ticket.
- Paper or electronic tickets MUST be scanned to gain entry. Once scanned, the ticket will no longer be valid and can't be used again.
