Admission Show Weekend
The OPAS policy is that anyone without a Ticket or Pass must pay the admission price to enter the Show.
Tickets will be available online. Early bird discount tickets will be offered as well as full price tickets on the Show weekend.
Members and Exhibitors free on presentation of digital show tickets.
Terms & Conditions
- You may be required to wear a wrist band upon entering the show. Failure to wear the wrist band may result on you being asked to leave the show, without a refund of the ticket price, or verify proof of payment.
- Pets are NOT permitted, except for accredited Companion/Assistance dogs.
- Companions of patrons who hold a valid Companion Card (which must be shown at the gate) enter for free.
- A limited EFTPOS facility will be available.
- Bags maybe checked prior to entering. If you do not consent to having your bag checked, you will not be admitted.
- Flex-tix ticket holders may use their ticket on EITHER day.
- With the exception of Flexi-tix, all other tickets are NOT interchangeable & must be used for the day selected.
- Concession Card & ID are required for Concession ticket holders. A Student Card is acceptable.
- ID may be required for Child ticket holders.
- Tickets cannot be substituted/exchanged for other ticket types.
- Usually, refunds are not given unless the event is cancelled. A refund may be approved, due to extenuating circumstances, prior to the date of the ticket.
- Paper or electronic tickets MUST be scanned to gain entry. Once scanned, the ticket will no longer be valid and can't be used again.

Event Filming, Photography & Recording
Patrons entering the Show and award recipients at the presentation evening agree that OPAS and third parties authorised by them may film, photograph or record them for promotion purposes unless advised in writing to the contrary.
Anti-Social Behaviour
Patrons under the influence of alcohol/drugs or exhibit rowdy/anti-social behaviour will not be admitted.
OPAS reserves the right to eject any patron who is under the influence of alcohol/drugs or exhibits rowdy/anti-social behaviour towards sellers, performers, volunteers or other patrons.
Tickets sold will NOT be refunded.
Royal Agricultural Society of WA
The Osborne Park Agricultural Society Committee incurs no responsibility by enforcing these regulations. The Society acts and is governed by the Uniform By-laws of the Royal Agricultural Society Western Australia.
All entries are subject to the Show Regulations and By-laws, the Special Section Regulations and the Uniform By-laws under the Royal Agricultural Society Shows Act, 1962.
Privacy Statement
The information provided by you as an exhibitor in your application form is collected and used by the Osborne Park Agricultural Society (OPAS) to organise and conduct competitions at our show.
We may publish your information such as name, suburb and exhibit in any of our publications or communications. Information may also be used to contact you about future shows. We will not disclose your personal information without your consent for any other purpose unless required or authorised by law.
