This year, vendors/seller applications to book ground space will again be managed by JD Fast Foods (JDs) who have kindly agreed to manage the process on our behalf.

Prospective vendors/sellers should email JDs (admin@jdsfastfoods.com.au) who will provide you with details. You may be requested to provide current copies of documentation, for example, Public/Product Liability insurance etc, to support of your application.

The closing date for applications is:

30 SEPT 2025 (unless sold out earlier)

You will need to submit your application (and any supporting documents) by then so as to enable sufficient time for them to be reviewed to ensure compliance with City of Stirling and Osborne Park Agricultural Society (OPAS) requirements.
